ATLAS

The reference point for everything I build from here.

Build the system, not the product.

[00] Why this exists

A fixed point, so I stop chasing the next shiny thing.

A new idea shows up, it's exciting, and I drop what I'm building to run at it. Some runs were worth it. Most weren't. They felt like progress because they were motion. They weren't compounding.

This is the fixed point I check every idea against. Not to kill new ideas — Atlas runs on new ideas — but to make sure each one either strengthens the system or gets logged and left alone. It's my north star, not my prison. I can change it. But deliberately, in writing, with a date — never because Tuesday felt different.

[01] The bet

AI-native products, built by solo operators.

The next generation of companies are AI-native and built by solo operators and tiny teams. Not AI bolted onto an old business model. AI as the substrate — the thing the product is made of, designed in from the first line.

One person with the right operating system can now do what used to take a department. That person needs leverage, not headcount. The leverage is a system you can run again and again.

The durable asset isn't any single product. It's the machine that makes the products. I'm building the machine first.
