A fixed reference, not a vibe.

This is version one. It's allowed to change — that's the point of a fixed reference instead of a mood. I revise it in writing, with a date. I revise it when the loop teaches me something this document gets wrong, not when I'm bored or distracted.

The one line and the eight principles are the slow core. Everything else can move. If I'm rewriting the one line, I pause and ask whether that's growth or a shiny object talking.
